  1. For Windows XP, turn ON your Firewall. Here is how.

  2. Download and Run Stinger to find and remove the virus.

  3. If you do not have Antivirus software, get Norton Antivirus.

  4. Update Norton Antivirus to the latest virus definitions.

  5. Install and Run Ad Aware to detect & remove spyware.

  6. Update your Windows system, follow these steps.
