FAQ's . . .
- What is my BUnetID user name (login) & password?
- New or Transfer Students: you will receive an 'activation letter' to set up your account. This letter will provide instructions to obtain your BUnetID online, and set up your password.
- New Faculty/Staff: your Department secretary should have this information for you. If she does not have this information, contact the Technology HelpDesk for assistance.
- Does my password expire? How do I change it?
What if I forget to change it?
- Yes. For security purposes your password will expire. To change your password before it expires, go by MyBU (http://mybu.bradley.edu), login using your BUnetID and password, and select the 'CAMPUS' tab.
- Can I use the same password?
- No. The server will remember the last 16 passwords you have used. Consequently, it is necessary to use a new password.
- Are there guidelines for selecting a password?
- Yes. Visit the Technology HelpDesk/Account Management website for recommendations.

- Is my computer secure?
- Students: when you registered your computer on Bradley's network, you were asked to complete the Responsible Computing steps. If you did not complete all of the steps, or would like to install Symantec Norton AntiVirus at this time, visit the Responsible Computing website.
