Need Help?

Technology HelpDesk consultants will be in the Residence Halls on Saturday and Sunday of move-in weekend to assist you with computer questions, etc.

  • Look for our consultants in RED HelpDesk T-shirts
  • Walk-Thru hours will be posted in the residence hall offices
  • Sign-up sheets will be provided in residence hall offices if you cannot find a consultant to assist you.

The Technology HelpDesk provides assistance with all University technology to all students, faculty and staff.   Located in the Cullom-Davis Library, the Technology HelpDesk is open 7 days a week.  HelpDesk hours during Move-In weekend will be from 1-5pm so feel free to stop by or call to speak to a consultant at (309)677-2964.  You may also find information you need on the HelpDesk Website so take a little time to become familiar with this excellent resource.
