The Technology HelpDesk "...provides a single point of contact for technology related products and services supported by Information Resources and Technology (IRT), with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems"... (Technology HelpDesk Mission Statement).  Located in the Cullom-Davis Library, HelpDesk consultants are available seven (7) days a week for telephone and walk-up assistance.  

Bradley University's ResNet program, in partnership with the Technology HelpDesk, supports technology for students with a focus on providing quality network access and support.
