The Technology HelpDesk is a useful source of information for University technology resources. The HelpDesk can assist students, faculty and staff with:

- Username/password information and problems
- Information about connecting to the campus network
- General computer and network information

Voice Messaging Upgrade
Communications and Engineering Services will be upgrading our current AUDIX voice mail system this month to a new system called Modular Messaging. View important information regarding this upgrade.

Bradley University is in the process of migrating faculty and staff email and calendaring services from Exchange to Google Apps for Education. The new system is known as FSMail (Faculty/Staff email). This new system provides many advantages to the existing Exchange system and provides many services that are not available with Exchange. Our intent is to complete the migration in the fall of 2012.
